Cancellation Policy
Due to the high volume of clients and limited time slots there is a 40% cancellation fee for the original service amount, if you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours prior to any facial or permanent makeup appointment. Also due to the nature of the detailed permanent makeup services, please allow at least 24 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. If you are inquiring any permanent makeup procedures a consultation must be done first at a $50 fee. Microblading or Permanent makeup deposits/payments are non-refundable. These deposits will be forfeited if you choose to cancel your permanent makeup appointment. These appointments are time sensitive and tedious.
Microblading or Permanent Makeup appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit due when booking on-line. This is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment. The remaining balance will be due in person at your scheduled appointment. The Perfection appointment must be booked for any permanent makeup procedures within 4-6 weeks after initial appointment to ensure best results. Pre & Post Care Instructions are most important! By not following these instructions can result in undesirable outcomes because each client heals differently. All permanent makeup applications require a perfection appointment, and healed results will vary with every client if the proper Care instructors are not followed. NO guarantees will be made if these instructions are not followed.
